Location is excellent and super close to everything, plus there are free water refill stations on every floor. The bathroom could definitely use modernization and there were some stains on the carpet. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The staff greet you like family and actually remember your name. I loved the free cappuccino machine that kept my caffeine cravings at bay and the cozy lobby vibe felt like a warm hug.
The bathroom could use a refresh.

The location is fantastic, just a walk from Rittenhouse Square and plenty of restaurants. Access to free bottled water and coffee was a nice touch. The staff, especially Dermot, were attentive, but the front desk experience felt off—issues with the billing left me feeling unwelcome. The room was small and lacked outlets, and the bathroom setup was awkward. Pricing felt steep for the amenities offered. On the upside, the sustainable focus was refreshing, and the self-service check-in made the process smooth. While there were positives, some essentials could use improvement.

Great customer service and an excellent location. The staff was responsive. The hotel stood in a vibrant neighborhood, with theaters, bars, and numerous restaurants just a stroll away. The room was spacious, fairly comfortable, and quiet. Amenities included a clean lobby coffee bar and a free water bottle station. Checkout was seamless. there were issues. The room showed signs of neglect—dirty corners and a toilet that backed up. An early check-in fee was unexpected. Communication could improve; I was charged for a no-show room without anyone discussing it with me. Maintenance responded promptly, but inconsistencies in service led to disappointment. With improvements, this could be a fantastic stay.

I had an incredible stay in this hotel that was practically a stone's throw away from so many amazing spots like the Philadelphia Museum of Art just over 2 km away and a super cute seafood restaurant only 2 blocks down which made my weekend strolls so enjoyable plus with the free coffee and water refills in the lobby I felt energized to explore everything nearby and appreciated the spacious and calm room along with friendly staff who were really helpful during my stay but I did find the elevator situation a bit odd since you had to take one to get to the lobby and then two more to get to your room.

The location was perfect, just a short walk to amazing sights! The bed felt like a cloud, and the room was spotless. The service was top-notch; Shantel made check-in a breeze!

The room was spacious and clean with a comfortable double bed. Air conditioning was powerful; it cooled quickly but left the room warm when off. An electric kettle with tea and coffee made mornings pleasant. the bathroom layout was awkward, particularly the toilet placement. The refrigerator had some mold, which was disappointing. I appreciated the filtered water stations on each floor and the coffee in the lobby. Conveniently located, the hotel had great access to shops and restaurants. Managing luggage was tricky without dedicated unloading zones, but nearby parking made up for it.

The heating in the room worked well, keeping us warm and comfortable on a chilly evening. the air conditioning seemed a bit outdated and struggled to cool the room adequately on warmer days. I appreciated the tea and coffee facilities in the room, but unfortunately, the coffee machine was not working as it should have been. The sitting area was cozy and provided a nice space to relax after a busy day exploring the city. The free toiletries provided were a nice touch, but I did find the quality to be lacking compared to what I'm used to. I also missed having an AM/FM alarm clock in the room for easy wake-up calls. I didn't have the opportunity to check out the grocery shopping service, but it's a handy option to have who prefer to prepare their meals. The laundry service was a bit of a hassle as I had to request it specifically, rather than having it automatically refreshed each day.

Staff friendly & room clean. Large room, comfy bed, & great work, station. Quiet atmosphere. Well, maintained property with welcoming lobby. Convenient location for walking to nearby attractions. Enjoyed filtered water available in, room for free.
Room size & facilities could be improved. Small restroom & lack of desk chair.

the hotel is super clean and located in an area of very little latino population. it's close to all the main attractions and the staff is super friendly. oh, and they give you a free glass of wine when you check-in – such a nice touch!

Club Q is a treat for workaholics with Wi-Fi galore and free printing. Monk's is my go-to spot for endless beer choices. The Observation Deck's views are breathtaking. I'm just a fan of convenient laundry bags, but the spicy wings are no joke.
I loved eavesdropping on my neighbors all night.

The water bottle station by the elevators and the free carbonated water in the lobby were a nice touch! The room felt cozy, and we had a comfy bed for our romantic escape. Being able to stream to the TV from our phones was convenient, and the wifi signal was strong and stable. The central location made it easy for us to explore the city and enjoy some quality time together.
The noise levels in the hotel were unbearable. We could hear loud sounds from all directions throughout the night, which made it hard to get a good night's sleep.

We had a fantastic experience at this centrally located hotel in Philly. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our stay. The room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities, including a kitchenette and dining table. The hotel is walking distance to many popular attractions, such as City Hall and the Museum of Art. We found the pricing to be reasonable for a downtown hotel. a great stay with great value!
Housekeeping could be improved. The outside cleaning agency employed by the hotel did not adhere to mask regulations and their service was subpar.

the lobby was beautiful and comfortable, with nice perks like free coffee, soda, snacks, and board games. the front desk staff were very helpful and friendly, and the hotel is in a great location. my room was large, well-appointed with great art-work, and very quiet. a great work-station and comfy bed made the room very cozy.
